This Privacy Policy applies only to DirectExit's public-facing website — the external, informational pages open to the general public (the "Site"). It does not apply to the DirectExit application or platform (the "Platform"), which requires you to create an account and log in.
Information collected within the Platform (including account, business-listing, financial, and other in-app information) is governed by the DirectExit End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Platform terms presented to you when you register, not by this Policy.
